Jamie Pang (Singapore Influencer)
Jamie Pang (born 23 May 1993) is a social media and fitness influencer. As of January 2021, she has over 124,000 followers on Instagram. She was named as an ambassador for skincare company Caring Skin in 2018.[1]

Background
Education
Jamie Pang is an alumna of Anglican High School and Temasek Junior College, where she studied for her secondary and tertiary education respectively.[2] From 2012 to 2016, she studied at the National University of Singapore (NUS), where she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Accountancy).[2][3]
Family
Jamie Pang was born on 23 May 1993 to an Indonesian-Chinese father and a Singaporean-Chinese mother.[2][4] She is the second born of four siblings.[5] Jamie has three brothers: Jason, Jacob and Jaren.[2][6][7]
Personal life
Jamie Pang is in a relationship with Pika Lai.[8] They have been together for over two years.[9][8] Jamie met Pika while they were both studying in business administration in NUS.[4]
Fitness beginnings
In an interview with Joakim Gomez for HSBC Bank’s Conscious Living series, Jamie shared her introduction to fitness, where she was quoted as saying:
“Many people don’t know this, but I actually work full-time as an auditor. Working long hours, sitting long hours, I really didn’t like what it was doing to my body. I felt very inactive, very restless all the time and the unhealthy weight gain, it was so obvious. I’m really a firm believer that we shouldn’t take our health for granted.”[10]
Corporate career
Besides being a social media influencer, Jamie Pang has a full-time job as an auditor.[10] While undertaking her degree in NUS, she also held several internship jobs related to her field of study. From May to August 2013, Jamie worked as a finance intern at non-profit organisation Hamilton-Madison House in New York.[11] From May to August 2014, she was a supply chain management intern at logistics firm DB Schenker.[11] From May to August 2015, Jamie interned in the finance department at local insurance company NTUC Income.[11]
Social media influencer
Jamie Pang mainly uploads posts onto her Instagram account, with content such as fitness, travel and brand collaborations. Her posts receive an average of over 3,000 likes.[12][13]
[14] Jamie occasionally posts one-minute videos as well, with her most popular video containing fitness-oriented content, receiving over 53,000 views as of January 2021.[15]
Volunteer work in Nepal (September 2019)
In September 2019, Jamie Pang and her friends traveled to Nepal for a youth expedition project, where they helped to build a school and did volunteer work with Nepalese children in the village they visited.[16][17]

HSBC Bank - Conscious Living series (September 2020)
In September 2020, Jamie Pang was featured alongside Rachel Lim and Sonia Chew in HSBC Bank’s Conscious Living series, a promotion for the bank’s new credit card where users were encouraged to manage their fitness and finances for deals and rewards.[28]
FANCL Singapore - #NoAgeLimit challenge (September 2018)
In September 2018, Jamie Pang was featured in skincare company FANCL’s #NoAgeLimit challenge, a campaign to promote the company’s line of anti-aging collagen products.[29] She spoke out about stereotypes of being born in the “strawberry generation” (a term for people born between 1982 to 2002 who are deemed unable to withstand hardships)[30], saying:
“People think we are the strawberry generation. Sheltered, easily bruised, materialistic. For one, I think we’re pretty hardy and good workers. Loyal to where we are from.”[31]
