Ryan Tan and Sylvia Chan are the two individuals behind the YouTube channel Ryan Sylvia (YouTube channel). They are also the co-founders of Night Owl Cinematics (NOC), a video production company. NOC was officially founded in 2013 and has grown from a 2-man show to a 30-person strong team (as of 2019).

Night Owl Cinematics (NOC) is a Singapore-based production company specialising in YouTube videos, offline activation videos for corporate clients and talent management.[1]
Beginnings
Ryan and Sylvia founded NOC in 2013 following their foray into wedding videography.[2] Before that, the couple started up two F&B business ventures that were eventually closed down.[3]
Marriage
Ryan Tan and Sylvia got married in 2010 when they were both 22 years old. Before that, the couple had been friends for about six years.[4][5]
