In October 2021, Jack Neo unveiled that Samantha was part of a 14-actress cast in his upcoming movie Ah Girls Go Army. In an interview, she cited that her character was “not there to impress anyone, she just wants everyone in her section to stay out of trouble because she knows the consequences of every action.
