On 21st July 2022, Tammy announced via a post on Instagram that she has launched an OnlyFans account.[34] Subscription to her OnlyFans costs US$11.11 (~S$15.31) per month.[35] In a series of Instagram Stories posted to her profile shortly after her announcement, Tammy shared that she has been receiving an overwhelming amount of messages from her friends concerned about her career pivot.[33] She went on to elaborate that she has spoken to other OnlyFans creators and understands the stigma attached to a career on the platform. She also shared that she has been a subscriber to several other OnlyFans content creators.

Tammy also explained that her content on OnlyFans will be “pictures that never really got to see the light on Instagram."[33]

During an interview with The Backstage Bunch, Tammy confessed that she started her OnlyFans career to repay a 6-digit loan she took to keep her salon afloat from 2020 to 2021.[36] “I didn’t want to fire my staff because I felt so bad, which was kind of a big mistake,” she said, adding that she was ineligible for government grants due to the infancy of her business. In one month since she launched her OnlyFans page, Tammy revealed that she has made a 5-figure amount.

Tammy also has a Telegram service where fans can chat with the influencer. Unlocking the service starts at $40, although Tammy has said that she prioritises chatting with customers who are tipping her more.[36] Combined with her earnings from OnlyFans, Tammy disclosed that she is on track to pay off the 5-year loan in 10 months or less.

In a sit-down interview with Our Grandfather Story which was published on 22 September 2022, Tammy mentioned that her ex-partner was not supportive of her pivot to OnlyFans stating that it was "disgraceful" and people might look down on her children because of it.[37] She also went on to say that her content is more of "teasing" and being one's "Internet Girlfriend" rather than selling her body. She went on to say that she hopes to explain her joining OnlyFans to her children when they are older.[37]
