Raymond Lye Hoong Yip (born 1966) is a Singaporean politician and the managing partner of Union Law LLP, which he co-founded in 2014. In the 2020 General Elections, he was fielded as a People’s Action Party (PAP) candidate in the newly formed Sengkang group representation constituency (GRC).[1]

Raymond Lye was introduced as a People’s Action Party candidate on 25 June 2020 and contested in Sengkang GRC.[16] He has shared plans to create a town council for the newly carved out GRC if his team was elected.[17] On the party’s website, Raymond says that:
