Local Cluster 1: Yong Thai Hang Medical Hall (9)

There are 9 individuals who are confirmed to have the virus in this cluster.[40] The first case was confirmed on 3 February. 4 cases were reported on 4 February and 2 were announced on 5 February.[41][42] The remaining 2 cases were announced on 7 and 8 February respectively. These individuals contracted the disease from a group of Chinese tourists from Guangxi, China.

Local Cluster 2: Grand Hyatt Singapore (3)

109 people were gathered for a private business meeting at Grand Hyatt Singapore from 20 January to 22 January 2020.[43][44] Present at the conference were Chinese nationals from Hubei.[45][46] There were a total of 15 Singaporean residents at the conference. 4 individuals of the 15 have displayed symptoms of the virus.[47] As of 10 February, 3 of the 4 were found to be infected with the virus.

Local Cluster 3: The Life Church and Missions Singapore (10)

Established in 2002, the church has a congregation made up of 170 members.[48] There are 9 infected individuals in this cluster. On 9 February, the church announced that they would be suspending meetings for at least 2 weeks.[49] They added that the suspension could be prolonged if the situation becomes worse. The Ministry of Health announced on 25 February that local transmission had occured between the two Chinese nationals and Cases 83 and 91.[50]

Local Cluster 4: Seletar Aerospace Heights (5)

There are 5 infected Bangladeshi workers in this cluster. They had been working on a construction site at Seletar Aerospace Heights.[51] All of them reside in different areas of Singapore.[52][53]

Local Cluster 5: Grace Assembly of God (23)

A total of 23 individuals are linked to this cluster. Grace Assembly of God Church has 2 branches, one at Tanglin and the other at Bukit Batok.[54] On 13 February, the church announced a closure of its premises from 14 to 25 February.[55] All the staff members of the church has been issued with a Home Quarantine Order.[56] The Ministry of Health identified on 25 February that the primary case in this cluster was Case 66.[57]

Deaths (3)

Case 90 was a 75-year-old female Singapore Citizen who was linked to the Life Church and Missions cluster. She had immediately been admitted into NCID's ICU on 23 February 2020. According to the Ministry of Health, she had a medical history of chronic heart disease and hypertension. She passed on 21 March.[58]
Case 212 was a 64-year-old male Indonesian national who had presumably caught the virus while overseas. He had immediately been admitted into NCID's ICU on 13 March. According to the Ministry of Health, he had a medical history of heart disease. Before coming to Singapore, he had already been warded in Indonesia for pneumonia. He passed on 21 March.[59]
Case 109 was a 70-year-old male Singapore citizen. He was transferred to Singapore General Hospital's ICU on 2 March. According to the Ministry of Health, he had a medical history of hypertension and high cholesterol. He passed on 29 March.[60]

14 of the confirmed COVID-19 cases have been traced back to Wizlearn Technologies. Located in Science Park, the company specialises in e-learning solutions.[94] The Ministry of Health (MOH) confirmed this cluster on 28 February, two days after the first case linked to this cluster was announced.[95]

Local Cluster 7: SAFRA Jurong (Joy Garden Restaurant) (47)

The Ministry of Health confirmed this new cluster on 5 March 2020. As of 15 March 2020, the cluster consists of 47 individuals. All of them had attended a private dinner function on 15 February at Joy Garden Restaurant.[96] SAFRA confirmed that the restaurant had been closed for cleaning from February 16 to 19 following the dinner.[97] They also assured the public that they would be disinfecting the areas that had possibly been visited by the group.

boulder+ Gym is located in The Aperia Mall at Kallang. This cluster is a subset of the SAFRA Jurong cluster as Case 142 had used the facilities here prior to his hospital admission. The gym announced on its Facebook page on 9 March that they would be “pausing operations for the time being”.[98]

Established in 1981, the Bukit Timah branch of Church of Singapore has twelve services weekly for its members.[99][100] In a press release on 16 March, the Ministry of Health confirmed that this location is a new local cluster.[101] The Church had previously announced on its Facebook page that physical services were temporarily suspended for the weekend of 14 and 15 March.[102] Case 144 is also linked to the SAFRA Jurong cluster.[103]

Local Cluster 10: Masjid Al Muttaqin (3)

Masjid Al Muttaqin is a mosque in Ang Mo Kio.[104] Prior to visiting this mosque, two of the infected individuals in this cluster had attended a religious gathering in Malaysia. Malaysian authorities confirmed that several cases of COVID-19 infection in the country were linked to that gathering.[105]

Local Cluster 11: Fengshan PCF Sparkletots Preschool (27)

The first 18 cases connected to this preschool centre in Bedok North was announced on 26 March.[106][107] This is the highest number of cases that the Ministry of Health (MOH) has linked to a cluster in a day. Of the 18 individuals, 14 of them are teachers. No children have been infected. That said, all the staff and children at the centre have been placed in quarantine.[108] PCF Centres islandwide will be shut down until 30 March, while the Fengshan school will be closed until 7 April.[109]

S11 Dormitory, also known as PPT Lodge 1B, is located at 2 Seletar North Link.[116] It serves as an accommodation for foreign workers in Singapore and is managed by S11 Granuity Management Pte Ltd.[117] The first four cases linked to this cluster were announced on 30 March 2020.[118] According to a notice issued by the dormitory, the areas that had been used by the infected individuals has been cordoned off for disinfection.[119]
