Animal abuse allegations

In mid-December 2025, a video was posted online, first circulating on TikTok and Reddit which showed a person believed to be Ng berating and striking a small dog (her pet) after it was seen drinking peach tea. In the clip, a woman berates the animal and calls it “You’re nothing more than a rat, okay?” before hitting it several times, while the dog appears to cower. The original video was reportedly deleted from Ng’s Instagram account, but copies continued to circulate and attract widespread criticism.[1][2]

In response to the widespread online uproar, the National Parks Board (NParks) confirmed that it was investigating the allegations of animal mistreatment involving Ng and her dog. NPark

s urged pet owners to provide responsible care and informed the public that the matter was under active review by its enforcement and investigation division.[1][2]

Critics online characterised the video as showing the dog in a distressed and potentially harmed state, leading to calls for authorities including the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) and NParks to take action and examine whether the conduct violated animal welfare laws.[2]

Following the circulation of the video, social media users also shared screenshots and posts from Ng’s Telegram stories in which she appeared in various contexts with the dog, some in what others interpreted as suggestive positions. Although these posts further fueled the online conversation about her conduct and content style, Ng publicly denied any sexual acts involving her dog.[1][2]

Response from Eunice

In response to the allegations, Ng defended her treatment of the dog, asserting that she loved and cared for the animal and denied that she had improperly mistreated it. She described the striking in the video as a form of discipline stating she did not “believe in gentle parenting” and that she personally groomed and cared for her dog, including attending grooming and dog-related events.[3]

Ng also explained that what was referred to in some posts as “dog play” was actually a BDSM-related service in which clients might be walked on leashes like dogs, but that no sexual activity involving her actual pet ever occurred.[3]

NParks investigation

As of the latest reports in December 2025, NParks had confirmed its investigation into whether Ng’s conduct breached animal welfare regulations in Singapore. The SPCA also confirmed that it had received multiple reports and referred them to the Animal and Veterinary Service (AVS), a cluster within NParks tasked with animal welfare enforcement.[2][4]
