According to his Facebook profile, Low attended Maha Bodhi School for his primary education, followed by Manjusri Secondary School for his secondary education. He then went on to Tampines Junior College before pursuing a degree in Business Management at SIT-RMIT. Between 2009 and 2011, he served in the Singapore Police Coast Guard as part of his early career experience.[1]

In 2024, Low starred in the Singaporean car-racing film Oversteer, directed by Derrick Lui. He portrayed Fu, a close friend and mechanic partner to the protagonist, Wind. Oversteer is noted as Singapore’s first car-racing film and was recognized internationally, winning Best Feature Film and Best Director at the Vienna Independent Film Festival, highlighting both the film’s and Low’s contribution to Singaporean cinema.[5]
