Joshua Hee (Mr World Singapore 2022)
Joshua Hee (born 1998) is a Singaporean university student, who won Mr World Singapore 2022.
Background
Education
As of November 2022, Joshua is pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Nanyang Technological University.[1] Prior to that, he studied Aeronautical Engineering at Singapore Polytechnic, and also studied at Hua Yi Secondary School and Nan Hua Primary School.[1] He is expected to graduate in 2023.

He has an avid interest in crypto and blockchain, and plans to pursue a career in that industry in the future.[3]
Personal Life
In an interview with Straits Times, Joshua revealed that he works out every other day for about 1.5 hours.[4] He is not too strict with his diet, and ensures that each meal has the balance of meat and vegetables.[4] He also shared that he carries a bottle of water with him at all times, and drinks a minimum of 2 litres of water daily.[4]
Joshua enjoys ultimate frisbee and dragon boat.[5] He also volunteers at Animal Lovers League - a shelter for abandoned dogs in Singapore - at least once a month.[6]
Mr World Singapore 2022
On 8 September 2022, Joshua was crowned Mr World Singapore 2022.[7] At the awards, he also won a few other sub-category awards, such as Mr Japan IPL Express, Mr Perfect Abs, and Mr Hot Bod.[8] To prepare for the performance round at the awards, he attended vocal lessons to improve his singing skills.[8]
