Grayce Tan is a Singaporean real estate strategist and former educator who served as Vice President of Strategy at PropertyLimBrothers (PLB), one of Singapore's leading real estate media and realty companies.[1][2]
In late January 2026, Grayce and her employer Melvin Lim, came under fire for having an affair.[3]

Grayce Tan attended the School of the Arts Singapore (SOTA), where she completed the International Baccalaureate (IB) program.[1][2]

Following her undergraduate degree, Grayce completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) at the National Institute of Education (NIE), Singapore's premier teacher training institution.[1][2] This qualification prepared her for her subsequent career as an educator with the Ministry of Education.

In 2022, Grayce joined PropertyLimBrothers as an intern,[3] advancing to the Vice President of Strategy in 2024-2025.[2] Not much detail is known as information regarding her career has been privated and/or taken down as of January 2026 because of her affair with Melvin Lim.[3]

Transition to Keller Williams Singapore
In late 2025, Grayce transitioned to a new role as Director of Growth at KW Singapore (Keller Williams), a major international real estate franchise expanding its presence in Singapore.[7][8] Notably, she worked alongside Melvin Lim (founder and former CEO of PropertyLimBrothers) to build KW Singapore from the ground up.[7][8]

Cheating scandal
In late January 2026, approximately 4 months after her wedding, a private video clip reportedly captured in PLB’s office circulated widely on WhatsApp and local forums emerged on social media and online forums showing an extramarital affair between Grayce Tan and Melvin Lim, the married founder and CEO of PropertyLimBrothers.[9] The footage, allegedly shot by colleagues from a neighbouring office, showed a woman loudly moaning inside the office, followed by Melvin Lim and Grayce Tan exiting together and locking the door, which many interpreted as evidence of an intimate encounter between them.[9]
Removal from PropertyLimBrothers
Following the emergence of these allegations, both Grayce Tan's and Melvin Lim's profiles were removed from the PropertyLimBrothers website,[3] and announced they would step down from their active roles in the company, citing the need to protect the organization’s integrity and prevent further distraction.[3] Operations continue under the existing leadership team, and PLB has not announced permanent replacements yet.

The scandal generated significant discussion on Singaporean online forums including Reddit and HardwareZone, with users expressing shock given the timing relative to Tan's recent marriage in September 2025.[6][10]
The controversy also drew attention due to Melvin Lim's public Christian faith and PropertyLimBrothers' branding around the tagline #RealEstateWithIntegrity and biblical values such as "Love Your Neighbor" (Matthew 22:39).[11]
