Edmund Joseph Twohill is a Singaporean professional known for his contributions to the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF), the banking sector, and community initiatives. He is also recognized as the older brother of Paul Twohill, a former contestant on Singapore Idol (Season 2) and media personality.[1]
Background
Edmund Twohill is of Australian and Chinese-Filipino descent 2. His father, Anthony Twohill, is an Australian accountant who settled in Singapore in the late 1970s, and his mother is Angelina Estrelita Soluiano [1]. He has two siblings: Paul Twohill (younger brother) and Natalya Ann Thora Twohill (older sister), who is the founder of child enrichment companies Ivy Cubs and Kiddet.[1]
Family
Edmund is married and has two children: a son named Nathaniel and a daughter named Emily (aged 3 and 6, as of 2019).[2] His family resides in Singapore.
Career
Singapore Armed Forces (SAF)
Edmund Twohill served as a regular in the SAF for over 10 years, holding various appointments, including:

- Joint Intelligence specialist.[3]
- Honorary Aide-De-Camp (HADC).[3]
As of 2024, he serves as the Battalion 2IC of a Guards National Service (NS) Battalion involved in the National Day Parade.[3]

In 2019, Edmund transitioned to the private sector, joining DBS Bank to focus on digital product development and financial technology.
