Xie Yao Quan (born 1985) is the head of healthcare redesign at Alexandra Hospital. He was announced as a People's Action Party (PAP) candidate on 29 June 2020 in light of Ivan Lim's withdrawal on 27 June 2020.[1]

Before entering public healthcare, Xie Yao Quan worked for an investment company and the Singapore Armed forces. He has been volunteering in Jurong GRC since 2015.[2]
Community leadership
Xie Yao Quan is a board member on SG Enable, an agency helping disabled individuals in Singapore.[3] He is the co-chair for the i’mable initiative, an SG Enable project created to uplift disabled artists and makers.[4][5] He is also a part of the Merdeka Generation Communications and Engagement Taskforce that reaches out to individuals born between 1950 and 1959.[6]
