On 23 June 2024, Edwina held another wedding dinner for her friends and family in the US, at the high-rise restaurant Manhatta.[5] It is owned by famous restaurateur Danny Meyer, who founded and owns several restaurants, including the successful fast-food chain Shake Shack.

While the Singapore celebrations seemed traditional and elaborate, this dinner was more casual and intimate and was thus held at the exclusive and high-end restaurant. Among the photos and videos that George Yeo posted on his Facebook page, it was evident that the guests were able to enjoy a clear view of the New York skyline, along with local wedding favours – Kaya in a jar.[5]
