Joan Chang (born 1980) is a Singaporean property developer and the co-founder of the boutique hotel, Lloyd's Inn and the luxury lifestyle brand, Ove Collection. Under Ove, Joan Chang has launched the boutique condominium, The Iveria in Singapore.
