Gerald Koh, also referred to as Boy thunder, is a radio presenter at 987FM alongside colleagues [[Kimberly Wang]], [[Charmian Tan]], [[Sonia Chew]] and [[Joakim Gomez]]. On 20 February 2016, Gerald Koh was wedded to Thia Zhi Xin Geralyn. The couple met in 2010 through a radio contest. In March 2013, Gerald Koh had strongly hinted his intentions of getting married by enlisting the help of Adam Lambert. In the early months of 2014, Gerald Koh left HOT FM 91.3 intending to complete his degree studies and to spend more time with his family. After further discussions, Gerald resumed his radio career and joined 987FM on 9 June 2014 where he hosted the evening show ‘Itchy Pyjamas’. Inspired by the humour behind '[[Justin Ang & Vernon A. Drawing inspiration from radio veterans [[Jean Danker]] and Rod Monteiro, there have been numerous instances where Gerald Koh has shown his dedication to his listeners.


Between 2011 and 2012, Gerald Koh had the opportunity to interview One Direction. He declined Sony Music Singapore’s initial offer but proposed if he could bring 2 listeners along with him. At the time, both Gerald and Adam were working for HOT FM 91.3. They hosted the live show inside a glass container at Plaza Singapura. Their feat won them a place in the Guinness Book of World Records.
