Sustainability is at the core of Kult Kafé’s operations. The establishment implemented a cyclical system for reducing food waste. The bar’s food waste is sent for composting and then used as fertilizer for their garden. Homemade sauces are made from the garden’s produce. To reduce plastic waste, straws used in drinks are made from metal.
