General Elections 2020 - Candidate (Marsiling-Yew Tee GRC)

Hany Soh was introduced as a People's Action Party (PAP) candidate on 24 June 2020.[13] On the PAP website, she is quoted to have said:

"My life ethos is ‘Never forget to serve the last, the lost and the least’. To be an MP is about serving the people, understanding their aspirations and needs, and not forgetting the vulnerable who may not have the courage to come forward and seek the necessary help."[14]

On 5 July 2020, Hany Soh fell and fractured her foot while on her campaign trail.[15] Following the election results, the People's Action Party team won Marsiling-Yew Tee GRC with 63.18 per cent of the votes.[16]
